Confidentiality terms for Bush Life Balance members

Purpose of Agreement

This Non-Disclosure Agreement ("NDA") is a self-executing agreement that governs the confidentiality obligations of all members of Bush Life Balance ("BLB"). By becoming a member, you agree to be bound by the terms of this NDA.

Confidential Information

"Confidential Information" includes, but is not limited to:

  • Member identities and personal information
  • Internal communications and discussions
  • Association strategies, plans, and initiatives
  • Educational materials and resources shared within the association
  • Financial information and membership records
  • Any information marked or designated as confidential

Member Obligations

As a member, you agree to:

  • Keep all Confidential Information strictly confidential
  • Not disclose Confidential Information to any third party without prior written consent
  • Use Confidential Information only for purposes related to BLB membership
  • Take reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality of information
  • Immediately notify BLB of any unauthorized disclosure or breach
  • Return or destroy all Confidential Information upon termination of membership

Consequences of Breach

Any breach of this NDA may result in immediate termination of membership and may expose the breaching party to legal action through our Internal Dispute Resolution system. Members acknowledge that unauthorized disclosure may cause irreparable harm to BLB and its members.

Duration & Survival

This NDA remains in effect for the duration of your membership and survives the termination of membership. Confidentiality obligations continue indefinitely for information that constitutes trade secrets or sensitive personal information of members.
